Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and visionary leader to join us as Vice President, DTO – Business Partnering and Performance — a critical role driving the operational reset of our Digital & Technology Office (DTO) and leading enterprise-wide transformation alongside the CDIO.

This role is central to translating strategic ambition into execution, leading the Business Partnering model that connects DTO to the wider business across brands, ship operations, and corporate functions. You’ll also oversee the Performance and Planning team, ensuring alignment and delivery across enterprise-wide transformation programmes.

Carnival UK is the proud home of P&O Cruises and Cunard, two iconic cruise brands. We deliver unforgettable holiday experiences to millions of guests each year, both at sea and ashore. As part of the global Carnival Corporation family, we’re committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence — and we’re now embarking on a bold transformation journey to reshape how we operate and deliver value.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Strategy Execution: Translate DTO’s long-term vision into actionable plans and lead the operating rhythm and prioritisation.
  • Business Partnering: Lead and empower a team of Business Partners across P&O Cruises, Cunard, and Ship & Shore operations — ensuring strategic alignment, seamless collaboration, and consistent delivery across all business domains.
  • Operation Model & Performance: Rebuild DTO’s internal structure, drive governance, and ensure transparency across critical workstreams & KPI’s
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent DTO in senior forums and support strategic relationships across the enterprise.
  • Culture & Capability: Embed a high-performance culture, coach leadership, and lead clear communication across teams.

Job Requirements

This role demands a blend of strategic vision & technical expertise. We're looking for someone with:

  • Executive-level experience in enterprise transformation, strategic delivery, and operational leadership - ideally through a technology lens.
  • A strong track record of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders, and revitalising underperforming teams to achieve high-impact results.
  • Demonstrated accountability for prioritisation, performance cadence, and delivery outcomes across complex, multi-functional technology and transformation environments.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale transformation programmes and portfolios, ideally through a central strategy or transformation office.

Why Join Us?

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK04, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, with an offering of hybrid work including up to two days from home.

We're more than just a holiday company; we're a community that values work-life balance, personal growth, and wellbeing. As part of our team, you'll enjoy:

  • Annual bonus
  • Car allowance
  • Contributory Defined Contribution Pension scheme
  • Company paid private medical and dental insurance and health assessment
  • Employee Discounted Cruising plus Friends and Family offers
  • Minimum 25 days leave, bank holiday allowance and holiday trading scheme
  • In-house Occupational Health help and access to digital GP
  • Life Assurance
  • Employee Shares Plan

Application Note:

Due to the high volume of interest in our roles, we encourage early applications. This is your chance to contribute to a company that's setting the standard for holiday experiences. Apply today to be part of our journey to create joy and memories for our guests—and for you.

Don't let this opportunity sail away. Join us in making holiday dreams come true while advancing your career to new horizons.
