In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Training Compliance Planning Consultant to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.
Role Overview
This pivotal role will involve:
- Ensure crew members are fully qualified and certified in line with CUK Fleet Training Matrices, corporate standards, and maritime regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and global partners (e.g. Global Talent Partners, Resourcing, Onboarding, and Rotations teams) to maintain seamless training compliance across the crew journey.
- Identify and resolve training gaps proactively, ensuring timely interventions to support safe operations and minimise compliance risks.
This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
