Role Overview

To support the effectiveness and delivery of the Travel Agent loyalty scheme (Shine Rewards Club) strategy and business plan. Work in collaboration with the Cunard Partnership Team and Trade Marketing, Sales Operations team to grow Travel Agents engagement and drive advocacy across Cunard. The role will also work closely with P&O Cruises Partnership team to encourage collaboration and effectiveness of Shine Rewards Club across both brands.

Implement loyalty and reward strategies as defined by Senior manager, Onboard Sales and Support, delivering a motivational travel agent engagement programme that underpins and links together Cunard’s overall approach to agent engagement.

Support the development of the Shine Rewards programme, including day to day account management, defining incentive schemes, forecasting and budget management

Work in partnership with the wider Cunard Trade Sales, Operations Marketing teams to develop and evolve the Shine Rewards Club branding through imagery, content, colour scheme and overall look and feel. 

Key responsibilities for Trade Loyalty Partnership Executive include:

  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders responsible for developing the Shine Reward Club programme including regular meetings and programme reviews. 
  • Work collaboratively across all teams within the Cunard Partnership Team and marketing to ensure the programme is aligned to wider channel strategy. 
  • Work closely with Senior Manager, On Board Sales and Support to deliver the monthly budgetary process for Shine Rewards Club with responsibility for all accruals, ensuring spend is managed in accordance to defined guidelines  
  • Collaboratively work with other Carnival Corp brands to support growth of Shine Rewards Club across brands 

This role is classified as CUK10 and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

  • Industry experience within a commercial or sales environment.
  • Proven previous exposure to administrative responsibilities, processing information accurately and effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Suite, including Excel, Word, Power Point.

The Cunard Sales and Marketing team are instrumental in the success of Cunard and our aim to be the benchmark of luxury travel.  Our marketing teams maximize opportunity and create focused, meaningful communications that help to grow existing audiences as well as appealing to new ones.  We have experts across advertising, CRM, brand, PR, digital, loyalty and the creative studio who work together collaboratively to create unforgettable holiday happiness.  Our sales teams develop and grow partnerships ensuring they have the finest knowledge of our products. Our teams also manage sales communications, systems, and events to provide the best tools and support, ensuring that our travel trade partners are at the centre of all that we do.
