Our Technology team are responsible for delivering projects that touch every area of our business. We have an exciting, newly created position for a Demand Analyst that will sit directly within our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This is a 13 month fixed term/secondment opportunity.

The role

Reporting to the Demand Manager, Technology PMO – the role will work closely with Team Managers, project and programme managers and senior leaders within Technology and finance partners and planning teams across other departments.

You’ll be responsible for providing support and analysis for a pipeline of projects and resource management across Technology teams. This role will be fundamental to the production of resource demand data which will be used to drive key strategic decisions that directly influence projects the Technology Department delivers.

About you

The successful candidate will recognise the need to be meticulous, without losing sight of the big picture. They would need to be comfortable leveraging tools to assure the integrity of the data, so being highly confident in using Excel is essential to the role. In addition, you would not shy away from timely and accurate data input and management and other administration associated with the role.

You should have demonstrable experience of working within a structured project or portfolio environment or change function.

About the Team

As part of our Shared Service function, our Technology teams enable us to take our guests all over the world on our ships as well as supporting our colleagues at Carnival House and other locations. This supports everything from guests booking their holidays through our websites and contact centre, to ensuring that on-board applications and the infrastructure provide support across the globe. Technology draws on a diverse mix of skills within Carnival House with teams in Architecture, Strategy & Digital, Information Security, Compliance & Risk, Portfolio Management, Planning and Governance.
