In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Executive to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises Sales department.
Role Overview
This office-based role supports the Business Manager, Strategic Partnerships, in driving revenue and unlocking growth opportunities across a defined portfolio of travel agent partners. You’ll help deliver targeted business plans and KPIs for P&O Cruises, while nurturing strong relationships and ensuring strategic goals are met.
You’ll play a key role in executing commercial strategies and maximising business opportunities within these agencies, using your initiative to make informed decisions and contribute to the success of our trade partnerships—guided by the Business Manager and Director of Trade Sales.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Support delivery of sales targets for defined accounts in conjunction with Business Manager, as defined by Director of Trade Sales
- Coordinate campaign promotional activity to be delivered through Travel agent partners in conjunction with other channels, while ensuring alignment to our brand guidelines
- Working closely with Business manager to support the monthly budgetary process for specified travel agent accounts
- Support the delivery of commercially effective campaign strategies, ensuring a coherent approach across of sales channels.
This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You'll Bring:

- Minimum of 1 year’s experience within a commercial/ marketing / sales environment
- Organise administration accurately and effectively
- Knowledge of IT packages including Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to learn in-house software packages quickly.
About You: The Ideal Candidate
You are more than just your CV. You're someone who brings:
- Previous experience within the travel/cruise industry or a sales/customer service environment.
- Experience of working with 3rd party agencies
- Experience of working in a sales or marketing environment in the travel industry
- Knowledge of the cruise industry Proven experience of working in a team Report writing skills
- Sales & negotiation skills.
