In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Product Manager (Shore Experiences) to bring fresh insights and expertise to our On Board Revenue function.

Role Overview

The Shore Experiences team are responsible for Cunard and P&O Shore Experiences. However our guests imagine spending a perfect day or evening ashore – from exhilarating outdoor pursuits to classic city explorations – we offer a wide variety of products that will help them get the most from every destination they visit. 

The Product Manager is an exciting position within a team of experts who work across both brands and responsible for the development and planning of Shore Experiences. The role involves researching trends and innovation, developing key relationships with tour operator partners, overcoming operational issues, and leveraging data analysis to drive strategic decisions.

If you are passionate about travel and delivering a fantastic guest experience, this role will allow you to develop, procure and deliver high-quality products within designated regions, managing the high-quality day-to-day delivery of each experience and working with a variety of stakeholders to share the range with a far-reaching audience.

This pivotal role will:

  • Be responsible for the development, procurement and quality of Shore Experiences within designated regions.
  • Manage the high quality end to end delivery of our Shore Experiences, demonstrating agility in using various systems and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop Shore Experience products to match changing customer requirements, continually seeking to improve existing products and developing new products to improve the overall commercial performance. 
  • Utilise data analysis to identify trends, optimise operation and capacity management, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Select and contract suppliers based on a competitive tender process.
  • Maintain effective business relationships with suppliers, negotiating costs and providing feedback to deliver the best possible guest experience.

This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organization and is available on a full-time 12 months fixed term contract basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring

Your unique background and skills are what will make you stand out. We're looking for:

  • Travel & destination experience, particularly within Shore Experiences, desirable.
  • An understanding of product development, creating and managing effective supplier relationships. An ability to exceed challenging sales targets and meet budget objectives also advantageous.
  •  Ability to manage multiple destinations and deadlines, prioritising your time as required
