This Service Desk Advisor position at Carnival UK offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the heart of our technology department. This role is classified as CUK13 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 21-months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Interest in IT: A genuine passion for technology.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service in a busy environment.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Active Directory, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools like Zoom and Box, and the Windows Operating System.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in Incident, Problem, and Request Fulfilment disciplines.
