Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Manager, Programme and Project Delivery, who is crucial in supporting our Maritime direction and nurturing a high-performing team.

Role Overview

The Programme and Project Delivery team supports the controlled and consistent delivery of strategic initiatives within Maritime. Working closely with the enterprise PMO, sponsors, delivery partners and senior stakeholders, the team embeds the Carnival Change Delivery Framework and provides transparent insight into programme performance.

Key accountabilities include:

• Lead the programme delivery capability, embedding the Carnival Change Delivery Framework and consistent governance and delivery standards.
• Maintain an integrated view of programme progress, risks, dependencies, financials, resources and delivery confidence.
• Lead and develop Programme and Project Managers, managing allocation, utilisation, capability and performance.
• Take accountability for a defined portfolio of programmes and projects, intervening directly where complex or high-risk delivery requires stabilisation.
  

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership

To thrive as a Senior Manager, Programme and Project Delivery, we're looking for:

• A recognised programme or project management qualification, such as MSP, APM or PMI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrable experience leading complex programmes or programme portfolios within a structured governance environment.
• Experience managing Programme Managers or delivery communities, including resource allocation and capability development.
• Strong experience delivering across multiple stakeholders, functions and third-party partners and constructively challenging programme performance.
