Cunard are looking for a Senior Executive, eCommerce to join us to support our brand website. This is a key role within the Cunard Sales and Marketing Department.

About the Role

The Senior Executive, eCommerce is responsible for the planning and implementation of all personalisation, A/B testing and CRO activity on the Cunard brand website globally (www.cunard.com). They are also responsible for the successful execution of all on-site promotional campaign activity and merchandising, ably supported by a dedicated Executive, as well as advising the wider marketing team on best practice, as it relates to online conversions. This role is the key point of contact between the Digital team and the Digital Insights team, producing briefs for in-depth analytics support, as well as directly analysing and creating their own reports utilising the performance data in Adobe Analytics dashboards.

About You

Naturally, you're passionate about CRO and UX. You'll have a good commercial awareness but are able to balance that with the desire to give the best possible guest experience at all times. A positive, can-do attitude is essential as is a level of flexibility towords your day. A strong team leader, you are able to give clear direction and support to your direct reports as well as the agencies you work with. Previous demonstrable CRO and UX experience is a must for this position.
