Carnival UK is seeking an experienced Search Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid search strategy for P&O Cruises. This is an excellent opportunity for a search marketing professional, ideally from an agency background ready to transition into an in-house leadership role with greater strategic influence.

Role Overview

  • End-to-end ownership: Move from managing multiple clients to shaping the paid search strategy for one of the UK’s most iconic travel brands
  • Significant responsibility: Manage a multi-million-pound paid search budget and deliver measurable impact
  • Leadership development: Gain line management experience by coaching and mentoring a Senior Search Marketing Executive
  • Direct collaboration: Work closely with major partners such as Google and Microsoft to implement best-in-class strategies

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK08 and offered as a full-time position on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days a week from home.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns and significant budgets
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and related tools
  • Strong analytical capability and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • A strategic mindset with an understanding of cross-channel marketing
