Carnival UK is in search of a Revenue Manager, who is crucial in supporting our strategic direction within the P&O Cruises team to nurture a high-performing team. 

Role Overview

Based within the P&O Cruises Revenue Management team, the Revenue Manager is responsible for optimising the net ticket revenue delivery for assigned products across the full selling cycle from launch to sailing, ensuring that all elements of cruise, air and land are optimised.  Guiding the revenue team actions through price, inventory, and cost management, developing appropriate strategies for a range of products. 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Delivering the net revenue for assigned specified products.
  • Managing and optimising demand across the full booking cycle, through developing appropriate strategies and pricing the dilution management. 
  • Championing and driving automation of revenue management by leveraging the revenue management system
  • Developing a clear people strategy, focusing on individual development plans and working with a team of analysts to deliver the company’s and their own personal goals and objectives.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07 offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership

To thrive as a Revenue Manager, we're looking for:

  • Experience in pricing and revenue management 
  • Experience of devising and implementing strategies and processes
  • Strong analytical competencies to inform decision making – including data and scenario modelling.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI and SQL desirable
