Manager, Resourcing & Onboarding

We are back in business and have two brand new ships joining our fleet soon. This means that our team is expanding, and we have number of opportunities for you to join us in this exciting time. 

The Role

Our Resourcing Consultants are working hard to find the most talented individuals to crew our ships. You will provide them with support and direction to deliver their role and seek innovative ways of attracting talent to the business.

Alongside the management of the team in the UK, you will be also working with our global talent partners overseas to ensure that all elements of the onboarding process are followed through.

Other accountabilities for the role are to maintain governance of onboarding & resourcing activities, budget management, effective stakeholder collaboration and quality assurance in line with expected outcomes

About You

An experienced manager with an excellent recruitment and onboarding knowledge, ideally from the hotel, tourism or cruise sector, you will have the drive to find innovative ways to recruit in the current competitive market. You must be able to work with stakeholders at all levels from variety of cultural backgrounds and relish the opportunity to develop your team.

If this role requires you to visit and/or work on a Carnival UK ship, the successful candidate needs to be fully vaccinated (with a WHO or MHRA approved two-dose COVID-19 vaccination course or single-dose Janssen COVID-19 vaccine), including any relevant booster vaccinations. This is to maintain a safe environment onboard and reduce the risk of outbreaks, to protect our crew and our Guests. It's also required for ships to dock and enjoy shoreside visits in many Ports of Call on global itineraries. This requirement will be under regular review.
