Role Overview
The Regional Manager manages relationships with retail, homeworker, and development travel agent partners in the South UK for Cunard, ensuring strong and lasting partnerships.
- Reporting to the Business Manager, Retail, Homeworker and Development, this role delivers agreed account plans, resolves day-to-day issues and co-ordinates partner activity across marketing, training, promotions and communications.
- This role will monitor account performance and partner feedback, providing insight and recommendations to support continuous improvement, partner retention and commercial performance.
- This is a field-based role within Cunard Sales, with the expectation that you will spend four days per week in the field, including regular UK travel, occasional overseas travel, ship visits, familiarisation trips, award ceremonies and relevant travel conferences.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Manage and service a defined portfolio of existing retail, homeworker and development travel agent partners within a defined territory, acting as the primary relationship owner to maintain strong, productive and long-term partnerships.
- Deliver agreed account plans for existing partners, working with Business Managers to implement activity that supports shared commercial objectives and maximises performance within established relationships.
- Provide day-to-day account management and issue resolution, acting as the first point of escalation for partner queries and working across internal teams to resolve root causes.
- Co-ordinate and deliver partner activity across marketing, training, promotions and communications, ensuring initiatives are executed consistently and in line with brand, budget and commercial priorities.
This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. This role includes a company car.
