In our pursuit of excellence within our technology department here at Carnival UK, we're seeking individuals who bring a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise to our Sales Force CRM Product Owner role. Key Responsibilities:
•    Acts as a product manager for Salesforce CRM, leading the evolution of our CRM capabilities to align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
•    Prioritises product and service requirements, develops product roadmaps, and owns the product backlog.
•    Oversees user testing, directs communications and training planning, and anticipates changes in user needs. Creates product retirement and transitioning plans.
•    Oversees the implementation of products to the business, including engagement with relevant teams.
•    Adheres to Corporate Policies and Procedures, including Code of Conduct, Audit Procedures, and any control-related responsibility for financial data entered, stored, or reported via business systems within employee’s control.


Position Requirements:
Our ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for the role but also a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.


•    Experience in leading/owning a Salesforce product strategy, including sales cloud, data cloud, and loyalty cloud.
•    Strong track record of shaping and delivering product roadmaps that align with long-term business strategy and customer value, balancing technical feasibility with commercial outcomes.
•    Experience in translating complex business needs into prioritised backlogs, user stories, and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment across technical and commercial teams.
•    Solid understanding of modern data architecture and platform integration.
