The Role
The Senior Manager, Operational Risk & Maintenance position within our Fleet Technical Operations team will take the lead on the design, implementation and delivery of our operational risk management across Maritime. With asset management a key tool to manage our technical operational risks, the role will also lead the management of the CUK Planned Maintenance System (PMS) team, providing guidance and direction to ensure this critical enabling function delivers in support of the business objectives in compliance and risk management.
Accountabilities include:
- Strategy: design, develop & implement the risk management strategy
- Operational: provide leadership and act as the SME for operational risk management
- Operational: leadership & management of Asset Management (PMS) team
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK06 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
