Role Overview

On Company Service (OCS) is the cabin management of additional onboard works on our fleet.    This position plays a key role in supporting the OCS Process across Carnival UK – managing the OCS cabin allocations across the business to help drive reductions in loss of revenue, ensuring that we deliver a successful business performance outcome. 

Your role will include shaping the solution but also embedding with the customer, working with a range of stakeholders  and managing their requests accordingly (some of which may be complicated in nature and need to be managed appropriately).

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Manage the OCS reporting tool as needed and ensure that all current and future information is up to date.  Supporting with the preparation of reports and commentary – highlighting trends and necessary actions in accordance with targets and allocations.
  • Assist the ongoing management and maintenance of the OCS Mail account
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure all OCS applications are full and accurately completed using the tool provided and that the information is up to date. 
  • Challenge OCS requests and optimise the scheduling of part cruise availability to minimise the use of commercial cabins


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK11and is offered on a part-time (25hrs) 12 monthsfixed term contract basis.  We offer hybrid working in our Southampton office (min.2 days in the office for part-time roles, 3 days if full-time).

Please note that we also have a 10mths part-time fixed term contract available (27hrs p/w) .

  • Ability to deliver to a plan and follow processes
  • Experience of building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders of all levels - confident and diplomatic in approach, and a strong team player.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Polar would be an advantage
