  • Shape creative direction by crafting compelling briefs, curating standout content, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate globally with our US creative team and UK designers to produce eye-catching collateral tailored for the UK & Ireland markets—acting as a true brand guardian.
  • Drive engagement and results through targeted direct marketing campaigns that connect with our UK audience and deliver measurable commercial success.
  • Analyse and optimise performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and embrace a test-and-learn approach for continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and align the wider Holland America team, sharing updates on consumer-led marketing activity to keep everyone motivated and focused on making an impact.

This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
