Role Overview

The Management Information Analyst plays a critical role within our contact centre department, leveraging extensive data from multiple high-volume sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and surveys. Using advanced data analysis skills, this role will extract actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for the contact centre.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can work independently and has a deep expertise in SQL and Snowflake. Your ability to build, maintain, and enhance a comprehensive data architecture within Snowflake is crucial. You will also need to create detailed reports, dynamic dashboards, and visualisations that effectively communicate data on KPIs and metrics for various functions, including Revenue Delivery, Revenue Retention, Operational Performance, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Platforms & Systems, Workforce Management, and Finance.

While independence is key, collaboration is equally important. You will work closely with various teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively integrated into our strategic decisions.

Key accountabilities for the Management Information Analystinclude:

  • Produce reporting and analysis of KPI’s and metrics for a variety of functions including, Revenue delivery, Revenue retention, Operational performance, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Platforms & Systems, Workforce Management and Finance.
  • Develop a deep individual understanding of brand requirements including direct channel strategy, sales strategy, campaign and launch schedules to ensure meaningful reports and data analysis.
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, including sales reports, revenue retention and protection, guest experience, campaign/launch reporting and ensure they are delivered against agreed objectives.
  • Contribute to the design, execution, maintenance and quality control of end-to-end data delivery processes for the contact centre.

This role is classified as CUK09 and is available on a full-time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

  • Proficiency in building, maintaining, and enhancing a comprehensive data architecture using Snowflake or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and other database languages.
  • Expertise with data visualisation tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data analytics software.
  • Experience working in a contact centre environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
