Role Overview
The Learning Delivery Manager is responsible for development and deployment of programmes and initiatives to support and provide the skills and behaviours required for both fleet and shore employees and Leaders. Ensuring the content is aligned to business priorities, supports corporate values and required expectations and behaviours.
This role involves travelling onboard ships to coach and deliver Leadership programmes to our fleet teams and will require up to 25% travel, including international travel.


Key accountabilities include:
•    Delivering high quality, engaging development programmes both online and in person, including facilitation for our shore and fleet colleagues.
•    Facilitating coaching conversations, providing development support in both group and 121 settings.
•    Providing coaching and support to our Fleet Learning and Development Officers 
•    Lead end-to-end learning project delivery, including programme design, planning, stakeholder engagement, compliance, budgeting, and quality assurance to ensure all learning initiatives meet required outcomes.
•    Accountable for reviewing impact results and feedback following interventions and making recommendations and changes as required.

Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a Learning Deliver Manager we're looking for:
• Previous facilitation and training delivery experience. 
• Strong coaching capability and confidence holding development conversations. 
•  Experience with facilitating psychometric based assessments (desirable but not essential)
•  Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time  position, on a permanent  basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
