Role Overview 

Join the MAST (Maritime Asset Strategy Transformation) Programme, a key initiative that unites operations with a cohesive strategy, planning, and delivery.  

By aligning both Ship and Shore teams, MAST ensures the fleet operates safely, reliably, efficiently, and in full compliance.  

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the Business-as-usual (BAU) and Governance workstreams, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of project activities within the programme. 

This pivotal role will involve: 

- Ensure successful delivery of operational workstreams within the MAST Programme   

- Coordinate seamless integration of operational processes and strategic objectives   

- Achieve operational excellence through resource coordination, schedule management, and alignment with programme goals   

- Manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies in line with PMO structure   

- Focus on continuous improvement of operations and effective delivery within the MAST Programme   

- Utilize expertise in project management, change management, and operations to deliver results on time and within budget   

- Build strong relationships, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously   

- Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and control-related responsibilities   

- Undertake ad hoc duties as required   

This role is positioned at CUK8 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
