The International Contact Centre provides sales, service and operational support to international guests and travel agent partners, contributing to revenue growth, customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking and international guests and travel agent partners, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
Resolve customer enquiries, complaints and support issues effectively, identifying practical solutions and achieving positive guest outcomes.
Support revenue generation through upselling, closing techniques and identifying sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate product, system and process knowledge while complying with operational procedures, data controls and company policies.
This role is classified as CUK13 and is available on a full-time/part-time, permanent/fixed-term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to three days from home.
