In our continuous journey of growth and innovation within the Maritime Team here at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Health Services Administration Team Leader to bring fresh insights and expertise to our department.

Role Overview

This pivotal role will involve:

  • Leading a newly formed shared administration function, line managing two Senior Advisors
  • Driving process improvement and digital transformation across administrative workflows
  • Coordinating diary management, inboxes, travel, ship visits, and invoice processing
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Health Services to ensure efficient and resilient support

This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organization and is available on a full-time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to implement smart, tech-enabled solutions
  • Leadership experience, especially in guiding teams through change and improvement
  • Experience managing shared inboxes, diary coordination, and administrative workflows
  • Proven ability to streamline manual processes and introduce sustainable improvements
  • Confidence in multi-stakeholder environments, with excellent organisational skills
