We are looking for an accomplished email expert who can combine their understanding of data-driven insights with creativity to drive behavioural change, and ensure guests receive the information they require. You’ll lead on the creative direction of all journeys, giving each one its own identity. You will also plan, design, build, test and send each email. You’ll need to have a great eye for detail, an ability to work well on your own initiative and be highly organised, as often you will be working on several emails and journeys at 0ne time. You’ll proactively keep up with industry trends and implement new and innovative features to your emails in order to keep them engaging for your audience.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate email designer who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be used to working autonomously, using data and insights to inform your creative decisions. You’ll want to implement a test and learn strategy so the emails you create reach their full potential. Ideally you’ll have a deep understanding of personalisation and how to ensure relevant messages are surfaced to guests through our email platform, Adestra.
