Role Overview

The ePMO Analyst at Carnival UK (CUK) plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the CUK change portfolio. This involves ensuring the quality, accuracy, and availability of project data and documentation across strategic programmes. Operating within a centre of excellence for portfolio management, the ePMO Analyst works collaboratively with project and planning teams to enable effective decision-making and consistent application of governance frameworks

This pivotal role will:

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate documentation for ePMO forums and reviews (e.g., Intake Forum, Portfolio Review).
  • Support quality assurance activities across projects and programmes to ensure adherence to standards and processes.
  • Manage and update the internal SharePoint site, ensuring accessibility of key documents.
  • Track actions and decisions from ePMO-led forums, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Assist in creating high-quality performance and insights materials for executive forums.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the ePMO team, aligning with key success criteria and business goals.

This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring

Your unique background and skills are what will make you stand out. We're looking for:

  • A qualification in programme or project management (e.g., MSP or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Proven experience in providing support within a structured programme or portfolio management environment is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Experience using collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., SharePoint, project management software).
  • Strong documentation, data collation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of portfolio, programme, and project governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with structured portfolio management and reporting.
