You’ll help us transform the digital guest experience for both P&O Cruises and Cunard by assisting with content changes that enhance the user service and support functions on our web and digital platforms. It's your chance to start building a solid foundation in the digital, content, and creative fields, developing essential skills, and contributing to our business goals, all whilst working in a guest-centric team.
This role is classified as CUK Level 14 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term (8-month) basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
Successful candidates will possess:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) to create web pages.
- Ability to work with multiple competing deadlines.
- Good grasp of English grammar and ability to write short, informational content.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large tasks with results that are highly visible and impactful to end users.
