Role Overview:

In this role you will be working within our Guest Services function to centralise and elevate knowledge and communications for our Guest Service agents. You will ensure accurate up to date information is readily accessible for agents enabling them to deliver exceptional service to guests.

This pivotal role will involve:

  • Managing and maintaining the knowledgebase (Salesforce) used by the Contact Centre and Guest Services department.
  • Managing the Communications Hub and drafting clear communications to the Guest Service Agents in regards to updates, announcements, and operational changes  
  • Updating and simplifying content to ensure accuracy, clarity and UK relevance whilst also identifying information gaps and creating supporting documentation  
  • Improving communication flows and the centralisation of information, partnering with counterparts in the US and Australia.  

This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

We're looking for:

  • Strong capability across Microsoft 365, with particular expertise in SharePoint
  • Proven experience in an internal and/or external communications role
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver a wide range of content, tailored to different audiences and channels
  • Experience managing and maintaining content or knowledge‑base systems, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up to date
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging communications
  • A good understanding of customer service operations and processes, with the ability to align communications to operational needs

This role is classified as CUK10 and is available on a full-time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work with a minimum of two days per week in our Southampton office.
