We’re looking for a Commercial Performance & Analysis Manager who brings more than just technical expertise to their work. This role is ideal for someone with solid reporting and analytical skills, but also the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business. Rather than building reports, we’re looking for someone who understands the numbers and can communicate them with impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in reporting and data analysis.

  • Ability to present data in a clear, engaging way to stakeholders.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot emerging risks and opportunities.

  • Some exposure to AI tools or concepts (not essential).

  • Strong behavioural skills someone with presence, confidence, and the ability to lead.

  • A proactive mindset, especially around ad hoc performance insights and ticketing trends.

  • Leadership capability to drive reporting strategy and team development.

  • Experience managing creative tools and suites.

Role Overview

This role is central to articulating commercial performance against key KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, and shaping commercial planning. You’ll lead a team responsible for creating and evolving reporting tools that provide clear analysis of performance drivers. Your insights will inform decisions across distribution, sales, marketing, and brand teams, as well as senior leadership.

You’ll also work closely with Revenue Management to understand trading performance and translate this into meaningful strategies. This role goes beyond traditional reporting; it’s about driving commercial performance and helping the business maximise revenue opportunities.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Management of a reporting roadmap to support commercial performance analysis.

  • Leading the creation and presentation of weekly trading packs and articulate performance to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Collaborating with channel owners to create compelling performance narratives and support strategic planning.

  • Drive revenue improvement through insightful analytics and performance tracking.

  • Align short- and long-term performance with business KPIs.

  • Stay on top of emerging risks and opportunities, especially in relation to ticketed revenue and ad hoc performance trends.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership

To thrive as a Commercial Performance & Analysis Manager, we're looking for:

  • Has proven experience leading and developing teams. 

  • Understands business performance analytics and commercial drivers. 

  • Can work cross-functionally to deliver and maintain reporting frameworks. 

  • Has strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation). 

  • Communicates complex data in a simple, engaging way. 

  • Brings energy, curiosity, and a solution-focused mindset. 

  • Has experience managing creative tools and reporting around revenue management.

  • Experience introducing and implementing new ways of thinking and working – and bringing others along on the journey.
