This CMDB Administrator position at Carnival UK offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the heart of our technology department. This role is classified as CUK11 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12-months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
Successful candidates will possess:

  • Experience managing and improving data quality from multiple sources
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and ITSM modules
  • Understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks
  • Knowledge of IT operations and configuration/environment management
