This role is classified as CUK11 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12-months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
Successful candidates will possess:
- Experience managing and improving data quality from multiple sources
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and ITSM modules
- Understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks
- Knowledge of IT operations and configuration/environment management
