Cunard is a leading luxury cruise line name, dedicated to delivering unforgettable holiday happiness to our guests. Our success is built on a foundation of diverse talents and perspectives, and we believe in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Brand Partnerships Executive to support the delivery of Cunard’s exciting Brand Partnerships.
Role Overview
Sitting within Cunard’s Brand and Product Development team, the Brand Partnerships Executive will be responsible for supporting the delivery and management of the Cunard Brand Partnership portfolio. The Brand Partnerships Executive will work with the Brand Partnerships Manager to ensure reciprocal multi-channel partnership activation campaigns are executed on time and fulfil their objectives. This role will coordinate the development of brand assets to support activation campaigns via our Brand Partner channels and Cunard channels, as well as leading the internal communication plan to increase visibility of Cunard’s Brand Partnerships programme around the business.
At all times, this role will be an ambassador and guardian of Cunard’s brand positioning to internal teams and appointed Brand Partners. The role is a full-time role and is based on a hybrid way of working, with the opportunity to balance between being based at Carnival House and working from home. Travel may be required for event delivery, attending partner meetings, hosting of partner events and events on board.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Support the Brand Partnerships Manager and Brand Partnerships team with the planning, coordination and execution of all multi-channel Brand Partnership activation campaigns to ensure they are fulfilled in the most efficient way, within budget and timeframe.
- Brief creation to share with internal stakeholders and channel owners; copy writing, proofing and signing off across email, social media, advertising website and print, coordination of campaign and events logistics, and management of the partner activation calendar.
- Facilitate the development of brand assets used across Brand Partner and Cunard channels to include writing copy and selecting imagery that is in keeping with the Cunard brand but with a tone of voice tailored to the partner audiences.
- Lead the internal communications plan and internal Brand Partnership events calendar alongside the Internal Communications team to ensure Cunard Brand Partnerships are represented within our Head Office and across CUK, generating exposure and awareness to increase visibility and understanding of the Brand Partnerships programme.
- Coordination and delivery of general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of Brand Partnerships campaigns – this may include (but not limited to) setting up vendors in our system, raising purchase orders, managing stock items for events and the brand ambassador bellhops
- Obtain and record both internal and external partnership activity results, along with the recording of upcoming and completed partnership comms.
- Support the Brand Partnerships team in the creation of the quarterly impact report to share with internal stakeholders and create a reciprocal evaluation report for the brand partners
This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
