The Role
The role of Associate Project Manager will maintain overall responsibility for agreed and appropriate level projects within Maritime; you will manage the project lifecycle from definition through to delivery. Supported by the wider team you will be required to define activities and manage the successful delivery of your projects.
Working within the portfolio delivery structure, manage all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle.
Ensure effective management and maintenance of project toolkit including planning, risks & issues, finances, resource, benefits tracking and management.
Work in collaboration with sponsor and business lead to agree approach to successful project delivery.
Ensure that projects are scheduled and delivered in a timely manner to achieve project success within agreed timeframes.
This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with a minimum two days based in our Southampton office.

Some knowledge of planning but looking to develop skills in project management.
Experience of working in a project environment, where resource capacity is limited, and operational pressures often take priority.
Experienced in working with stakeholders at all levels of the business which may include suppliers.
Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft 365 suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
