In our continuous journey of growth and innovation within the Maritime Team here at Carnival UK, we are seeking Assistant Superintendent Riding Teams to bring fresh insights and expertise to our department.
Role Overview
Maintaining our fleet is a continuous, around-the-clock effort. CUK Riding Teams are adeptly managing maintenance, dry dock support, and projects, servicing the P&O and Cunard brands.
The Assistant Superintendent Riding Teams will support planning and preparation for the Riding Team department, collaborating closely with the Superintendent – Riding Teams & relevant Riding Team Managers, This role involves coordinating with ship and shoreside management to determine fleet requirements, including dry docks, and ensuring alignment with Riding Team policies through governance, reports, statistics, and analysis.
A key focus will be on maximizing the impact of riding teams on hotel and facilities, working in partnership with the Maritime and Guest Experience teams to prioritize and address the most crucial on-board issues for our guests.
Significant collaboration with departments, stakeholders, and Global Talent Partners is essential to capture the financial benefits forecasted for the Riding Team each year within the operational plan.
This role is positioned at CUK8 level within our organization and is available on a full-time , permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
