We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to fill this hybrid role which is based in our Seattle office. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for owning the strategy for email and SMS, leading a team a team of email marketing professionals, and optimizing Seabourn's email marketing campaigns and guest segmentation. You’ll oversee the development and implementation of email and SMS marketing programs that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email and marketing segmentation best practices, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities
Own development of comprehensive email and SMS segmentation strategies that align with business goals.
Oversee the planning, creation, and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth through coaching, career development, and cross-functional exposure. Champion a culture of innovation and accountability.
Analyze email campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Serve as a strategic partner to Revenue Management, Sales, and Brand Marketing to align lifecycle initiatives with pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and guest segmentation models.
Lead innovation in lifecycle marketing by identifying emerging trends, piloting new technologies, and solving complex challenges related to guest engagement and retention.
Own lifecycle marketing KPIs including retention, rebooking rate, and guest lifetime value. Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI through data-driven decision-making.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in email marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and email service providers.
Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver or Sublime. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in HTML and email design best practices.
Proven experience establishing strong collaborative relationships across varied sets of stakeholders.
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Base Salary Range: $110,200.00-$148,800.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
