We’re looking for an amazing Senior Marketing & Revenue Analyst to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle, WA office.  You’ll be responsible for driving data-informed strategies to optimize marketing performance and maximize revenue for the HAP organization. This role combines advanced analytics with strategic insight to identify growth opportunities, enhance campaign effectiveness, and strengthen brand positioning. Partnering closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams, the analyst delivers actionable recommendations that directly influence profitability and long-term business success. The ideal candidate brings exceptional analytical expertise, a proven ability to translate data into strategy, and a deep understanding of revenue management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities

  • Support pricing strategies and promotional planning to drive revenue growth

  • Evaluate and optimize marketing campaign performance, leveraging data to improve ROI

  • Develop and maintain dynamic revenue forecasting models and dashboards to guide strategic decisions

  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and finance to align initiatives with revenue objectives

  • Monitor KPIs and deliver clear, actionable reports to senior leadership                                                                                  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, or related field. 

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar). 

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and revenue management principles. 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of supporting marketing and revenue optimization initiatives.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting findings to senior management.                                                       

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America Line/Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Scope: Provides insights impacting global marketing and revenue strategies across shore and fleet operations. 

  • Problem-Solving: Tackles complex data challenges, interprets trends, and recommends solutions to improve marketing ROI and revenue performance.

  • Impact: Directly influences business growth and profitability through optimized marketing spend and revenue generation.

  • Leadership: May lead small project teams, manage analytics resources, and mentor junior analysts.
