We’re looking for an amazing Seabourn Sales Coach professional to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle, WA office. This Sales Coach is responsible for assisting in driving sale programs through the Consumer Programs teams to achieve direct sales targets. This role will collaborate and work with Operations Managers, Lead Sales Coach, and Sales Supervisors to drive sales and related initiatives. Professional tele sales supervisory skills are required to drive the daily productivity and performance of the teams. These goals comprise but are not limited to providing sales skill training and coaching, sales process for new hires and low performing agents. The candidate should provide real time observations on sales obstacles and coach techniques to maximize every sales call. This person must be self-motivated, coachable and a team oriented.

Responsibilities
- Support sales training to new hire agents for both brands of the consumer programs department.
- Create and administer specialized coaching program that focuses on agents below productivity measures.
- Work with Manager and sales supervisors to measure, track, and improve sales performance of the consumer programs sales team. Primary focus on booking conversion and upsell.
- Create effective channels/processes to gather consistent sales feedback from coaches and sales agents.
- Work with Lead Sales Coach to create, maintain, and improve sales training modules.
- Research travel industry trends, competitive offers and source relevant information for coaching/sales tools and develop reactive measures.
- Work with Lead Sales Coach to review performance and sales data to identify gaps and work with Management to develop solutions and/or further analysis.
- Any additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Education
- Customer Service & Sales Experience 2 year (preferred)
- Strong personal computer skills with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Strong verbal, written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize
- Demonstrated strong work ethics
- Coaching Experience
- Presentation Experience
- Sales Experience
- Prefer experience in the travel/cruise industry
- Self-motivated, coachable and a logical thinker.

- Base Hourly Range: $22.93 to $30.96. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
