We’re looking for an experience project manager with strategy skills to fill this role. The Project Manager, Onboard Revenue supervises current programs & projects, organize reporting & presentations and coordinates all involved SMEs to keep workflow on track. They will support the Director Onboard Revenue to manage and support onboard SMEs and revenue partners including Spa, Art, Retail, Fine Jewelry, Celebrations as well as the pre-cruise and onboard floral sales program for both the Holland America Line and Seabourn fleets. In addition, they’ll collaborate with HR professionals and other departments to develop meaningful data reports that can be used to guide the organization’s strategy and performance. The HR Analyst will need to utilize a variety of analysis tools and methodologies to examine employee data. This role will need to be able to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and problem solve independently with a high sense of urgency on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:
Strategy/Execution
- Point of contact and owner for planning and execution of continuing programs that form part of our OBR growth strategy such as VIP cruises and charters.
- Owns relationship with Creative Services to develop OBR materials relating to guest communication and pre-cruise sales.
- Maintains understanding of revenue KPIs and coordinates and updates monthly projects in PowerPoint.
- Create action items & begins projects from calls and updates with business partners.
- Proactively ensures OBR leadership team is aware of changing priorities and commitments.HR Programs/Projects:
- Support and coordinate ad hoc programs and projects, such as engagement survey, new hire orientation, etc.
Project Management
- In collaboration with Director OBR, manages projects and sprint/development work related to Onboard Revenue Operations, including ongoing and ad hoc projects and programs.
- Heads up project planning for ongoing creative development from design, quality control/sampling through to ordering and monitoring of delivery and warehousing. Examples such as Lewie annual edition as well as general retail expansion and cruise integration as well as In Stateroom Décor and other pre/post-cruise revenue channels.
- Is responsible for audits drydock project lists; keeps abreast of ongoing repair & maintenance needs for onboard revenue outlets.
- Manages project-related paperwork & SharePoint sites.
Compliance/Security
- Business owner and SME for all policies, procedures & standards relating to Onboard Revenue within Global HESS.
- Ensures all guest facing points of contact are aligned on current offerings – such as Website (primary and secondary flow), Onboard printed and digital marketing.
- Analytics
- Analyzes monthly guest satisfaction reports and makes recommendations to improve products & services and produces a monthly evaluation by department to present to Director, Onboard Revenue as well as both Senior Managers on the team.
Capital Budgeting
- Owns Capital budgets and fund distribution for Spa, Art and Retail/Fine Jewelry spaces, ensuring a deep understanding of brand standard and lifecycle replacement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 4-year equivalent experience.
- 2 years of executive administration or project coordinator experience, ideally within the cruise or hospitality industry.
- Strongly skilled in PowerPoint.
- Excel & Word proficiency preferred.
- Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, utilize resources appropriately and effectively report on results.
- Ability to present proposals in written and oral formats to accurately communicate project details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with shipboard & shoreside leadership, and key stakeholders
- Detail oriented while working independently and efficiently on multiple projects at any given time.
- Knowledge of cruise line operations and/or shipboard revenue operations preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America Line is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

- Base Annual Salary Range: $69,300.00 to $93,600.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
