We’re looking for an amazing Specialist, Media to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for joining Holland America Line’s paid media team, bringing media to life through coordination across Holland America Line’s media and our digital media partners. This new role is at the forefront of marketing campaign planning and Holland America’s Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Lead planning, activation, and management of digital media campaigns with an emphasis on brand and performance outcomes
- Manage the development, presentation, and maintenance of media strategies and programs, including programmatic buying
- Build strategic action plans and optimize paid media strategies that increase qualified site traffic, raise booking consideration, and generate lift in brand awareness, booking volume, and leads
- Assists in digital analytics, including working closely with partners to guarantee delivery, optimize campaigns and implement key-learnings
- Provide leadership across digital media tools – audience targeting, programmatic platforms, and ad-Serving Platforms
- This person would manage the execution of digital media strategies and tactics
- This role would serve as a leader and contributor to the role and evolution of media at Holland America Line and help to articulate and the value of paid media to internal teams and leadership

Requirements
- 3 years of media experience
- 1+ years of focused planning media or marketing experience
- Familiarity with ad platforms and technologies (Meta & Google, etc.)
- Knowledge of the media landscape and the latest trends in media, how customers consume media as well as an understanding of an ideal online customer experience
- Experience across digital media planning channels (Display, Video, & Social)
- Strong experience with display channels across display media and search copy, including A/B testing scenarios
- Strong organizational skills across paid media tactics, including targeting platforms as well as bid management processes and influence of algorithms
- Experience driving innovative media testing opportunities, such as Alpha and Beta pilot programs
- Experience working directly with ad servers for campaign setup, ad trafficking, paid media performance reports
- Experience with dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and creative decisioning across digital media channels
- Ability to understand and identify correlational patterns in digital media from aggregate data sources, trends, and studies
- Ability to articulate changes in KPI measurements and corresponding optimizations that would improve media effectiveness and/or cost efficiency
- Ability to manage and provide direction to internal teams regarding floodlight tagging for existing and new web pages

- Base Salary Range: $54,200.00 to $73,200.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
