We’re looking for a Manager, Global Trade Marketing to help lead our efforts in providing the technology, marketing tools, and resources to our sales team and travel partners. This person is responsible for the coordination of all communications across global trade partners and is an integral collaborator with the sales team in the development, review, and measurement of cooperative marketing plans. They must flex both branding and analytical skillsets in their day-to-day, on the one hand crafting compelling narratives and new angles to bring product to the trade audience and on the other actively building and evaluating audience and targeting strategies to enhance trade partner performance. They are also responsible for maintaining Seabourn’s brand presence with the trade through managing of the GoSeabourn platform, creating incredible trade events, and placing media in trade-targeted outlets.

Responsibilities 

  • Plans, schedules, and delegates the execution of the master Trade Communications Calendar globally, including social, email, flyers, media placements, webinars, and other supporting activations
  • Owns the development and execution of the trade media plan, managing a sizeable budget for deployment with the assistance of the media agency
  • Advises sales team members and clients on co-op media placements and their strategies with respect to audience and efficiency
  • Oversees the development of creative and assets to support the communications calendar and co-op efforts across internal and third-party resources
  • Manages the online trade-facing web presence of Seabourn and advocates for feature enhancements and trade resources internally
  • Creates a strategic segmentation and retention and activation mechanism for both dormant and highly productive accounts
  • Supports eventing and concept ideation for tentpole brand events in the trade community and other major virtual events and awards

Requirements 

  • Marketing experience, with B2B, trade, integrated marketing, or media experience preferred
  • Experience managing agencies or junior colleagues in media and creative and regularly delegating and prioritizing projects on their behalf
  • Demonstrated history of cross-functional project management
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of owned marketing technologies, such as social media platforms, ESPs, and content management systems
  • Intermediate analytics skills and ability to be self-serve with standard data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
  • Highly agile, analytical, and strong metrics-driven decision-making skills
  • Notable ability in management of multiple stakeholders and competing external priorities to drive maximum results
  • Travel and hospitality or experience with a luxury brand a plus
