We’re looking for an amazing supply chain professional to fill this role. This position can be Hybrid or Remote and is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for the execution of inventory management strategies and demand planning strategies and assists in the efforts to further develop and improve upon the Holland America Group’s demand planning and inventory management capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Execute demand planning models and procedures for existing products within assigned portfolio to meet organizational goals and objectives. Perform warehouse PO and replenishment order processes end-to-end timely, accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist in implementing new systems/models/policies/procedures.
- Develop demand forecasts based on historical consumption patterns, market trends and future business requirements. Provide support in developing seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customers reactions to promotions and discounts.
- Coordinate internally and with Procurement and Expediting to ensure warehouse inventory is linked and activated to relevant markets and stays up to date. Coordinate with Inventory Specialist and Demand Planning Specialist to ensure storage is assigned correctly in the system for all warehouses. Identify opportunities for process improvements, and supports major projects related to inventory management.
- Serves as primary point of contact for Expediting, Procurement and other internal stakeholders regarding inquiries related to replenishment orders, ETAs, inventory levels, etc. Tracks POs, and maintains up-to-date backorder list.
- Conducts and resolves AP holds, approvals, coding and accounting inquiries timely and in accordance with Policies and Procedures.
- Maintains updated reports and files such as on-hand inventory level, usage/consumption data, PCD actuals, itineraries, etc. in shared data repository. Conducts analysis based on business needs and upon request.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree within Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field.
- CPIM (ASCM), CSCP (ASCM), DDP (DDI), Lean, Six Sigma certifications preferred
- 2 years of professional experience within a relevant field (demand planning).
- 3+ years of professional demand planning experience within the hospitality industry
- Experience with and understanding of MRP and inventory management.
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience with, and understanding of DDMRP
- Basic SQL skills preferred
- Demonstrated strong initiative & accountability
- Participated in major projects, and/or process transformations.
- Developing and implementing new models/processes/policies within a large organization
