We’re looking for an experienced Coordinator, Integrated Marketing to fill this critical role based in our Seattle office. In this critical roll you’ll support the execution of consumer- and trade-facing marketing campaigns and programs that drive awareness, customer engagement, and site traffic. You’ll work closely with marketing channel owners, Revenue Management, and Sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn within a fast-paced marketing environment. Responsibilities
Collaborate with and motivate a cross-functional team of global marketing channel owners to develop integrated marketing plans.
Supports the development and coordination of marketing campaigns aligned with the brand calendar.
Craft and present a comprehensive and motivating brief for all campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign goals.
Manage communication around calendar updates/shifts to assure all stakeholders are aligned.
Establish and maintain campaign timelines and milestone dates; route and distribute campaign proofs and track deliverables across teams.
Coordinate meetings and communications between cross-functional stakeholders.
Resolves scheduling and coordination issues across teams.
Identifies gaps in campaign deliverables and escalates to manager.
Applies basic analytical skills to review campaign performance data.
Acts as a reliable point of contact for cross-functional teams.
Supports Sr. Manager and VP in campaign execution and reporting.
Demonstrates initiative in managing tasks and improving processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or support roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Base Hourly Range: $28.46-$38.41. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
