We’re looking for an amazing marketing professional to fill this role, which is based in the US, Seattle or Miami preferred - option for hybrid or remote work. You’ll be responsible for managing the site content team and interfacing regularly with the SEO agency and brand team to ensure information is inspirational, informative, and up-to-date. Likewise, you will drive front-end testing and the landing page/CRO agenda and serve as the voice of Seabourn within the product management process for larger feature requests and backend builds.

Responsibilities

  • Leads strategic planning for the future state of the Seabourn site experience, including navigation, content, and guest flow.
  • Manages A/B testing agenda and landing page and personalization platform infrastructure to continuously improve the experience and conversion rate.
  • Oversees link selection, placement, and performance with respect to direct marketing channels and provides suggestions for optimization.
  • Serves as the Seabourn representative in feature planning and product ticket prioritization process with the product management team.
  • Regularly monitors site health analytics and distills insights with respect to page, test, and flow performance.
  • Interfaces with SEO agency to prioritize keyword targets in concert with media team, implement site tagging and mapping, and add and update relevant content to the Seabourn site.
  • Manages the site content production team to regularly update all aspects of the site, from new landing pages to page translation to maintenance of itinerary information.
  • Partners with the commercial planning team to understand and maintain the promotional calendar and ensure its execution across the site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce and web content roles, exhibiting increasing depth of responsibility
  • Experience managing multi-member teams and complex cross-functional processes across matrixed organizations
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and testing methodologies and results interpretation
  • Prior experience working with enterprise e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, BigCommerce, or Shopify
  • Preference for prior experience working in technical SEO
  • Highly agile, analytical, and strong metrics-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with the ability to influence, work collaboratively and gain consensus
  • Travel and hospitality or experience with a luxury brand a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Seabourn is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
