We’re looking for an experienced Analyst, CRM Segmentation to fill this critical role based in our Seattle office. You’ll support the strategic vision of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing across all owned direct marketing channels (email, SMS, push, and Direct Mail). This includes building campaign audience segmentation for both batch and automated campaigns. You’ll ensure customer data quality, develop list segmentation across CRM/CDP/CDW platforms, and manage data processing, A/B testing, and QA for Holland America Line. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll bring forward creative solutions in the best interest of our guests and partner with internal stakeholders to target campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage end-to-end list segmentation for email, direct mail, SMS and push campaigns, including processing, validation and QA to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reporting with actionable insights, including: Weekly performance reporting; monthly executive reporting and monthly Direct Mail reporting and support additional requests. Query, analyze, and visualize customer and campaign data (e.g., using SQL and reporting tools). Translate findings into clear, concise and easy-to-consume insights that inform marketing strategies and segmentation improvements.
Conduct A/B testing across campaigns to validate audience strategies, creative variations, and timing. Share findings and recommendations to continuously improve campaign results.
Partner with MarTech and Database to optimize processes within CDP and CRM platforms to improve how customer data is captured, cleaned, and activated. Support the set up of automation workflows that ensure accurate, timely data flows for campaign targeting and lifecycle journeys.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience using database marketing concepts, including querying and managing large data sets and implementing data-based solutions, and segmentation generation for CRM/CDP/CDW
Simon CDP tool knowledge/usage preferred.
Experience in both database and digital analytics.
1-2 years’ experience using a CRM/CDP/CDW solution.
1-2 years’ experience using SQL and Python.
Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with management and cross functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and the ability to work in a goal oriented, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage conflict and seek resolution.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Base Hourly Range: $28.46-$38.41. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
