We’re looking for an amazing technical operation professional to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle or Miami office. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day work of the Pod and report directly to the Fleet Director. This position requires flexibility to support all Superintendents of the pod under the direction of the Fleet Director.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and arranges annual visits for the Fleet, technical service visits and collaborating between vendors, and cabins for service visits.
- Fill in fleet ship visit calendar and track responses from ships.
- Creation of purchase orders in AMOS-W purchasing system. Following up on purchase orders with approvers, supply chain, and logistics.
- Assist with writing business cases, presentations, and status reports for management. Generate and present data analytics on requested topics.
- Coordinate and schedule interoffice meetings.
- Coordinate small projects.
- Track and keep up to date 5 yearly fleet large project planner / backlog. Track the project progress of the Fleet.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of administrative assistance experience, in the marine or cruise industry preferred.
- Experience booking and arranging travel.
- Experience with purchase orders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with AMOS, power BI or Tableau a plus.
- Ship operational knowledge a plus.
- Experience in data analytics a plus.
- Project management experience a plus
- An assertive and good communicator that works in a diverse team.
- Flexible and stress resistant to work in a dynamic work environment.
This position follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.

- Base Hourly Range: $27.36 - $36.92. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
