We’re looking for an amazing Scrum Master Business Analyst to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, they will serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile project management methodologies and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Agile Project Management: Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery, resolving any conflicts or impediments that arise.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, user stories, CDP data requirements, and acceptance criteria for CRM, marketing, sales and customer service analytics projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements, design data models, and implement solutions to meet their needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, process flows, data flows, and functional/technical specifications for data, reporting and Customer data platform related.
• Create report mockups and assist in testing and user acceptance from business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years with CRM systems
• Minimum 5 years with BI tools
• Minimum 5 years with agile methodology
• Experience in CRM Systems like Siebel and Salesforce
• Experience in Jira and other project management tools
• Experience in BI tools like OBIEE and Power BI
• Basic SQL skills for data governance, cataloging and analysis.
• Ability to interact well with all levels within the organization.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

• Base Salary Range: $ 78,200.00 to $ 105,600.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
