Within our IT team, at Costa Cruzeiros Agência Marítima e Turismo LTDA in Sao Paulo (Brazil), the IT Project Manager – Applications Delivery will lead the delivery and evolution of strategic technology solutions that drive business value and support Costa's digital transformation. Combining project delivery with a product-oriented mindset, you will manage the full lifecycle of our enterprise applications – from planning and execution through deployment, adoption and continuous evolution. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, define priorities and shape application roadmaps, while coordinating project teams, vendors and leadership to make sure every initiative is delivered on time, within budget and aligned with our business objectives. 

Project Delivery & Governance

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and technology projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies. Using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, you will develop and maintain project plans, status reports and governance documentation, monitor project health, delivery milestones, KPIs and resource utilization.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

You will act as a trusted partner to the business, working with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities and success criteria and to identify opportunities for improvement. You will facilitate steering committees, stakeholder meetings and executive communications, throughout projects’ lifecycle.

Team Coordination & Business Readiness

You will bring together cross-functional teams – business analysts, developers, QA teams, product owners and external partners – fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. You will also support UAT, change management, training, deployment and business readiness activities, making sure our solutions are not only delivered, but truly adopted.

What makes you unique

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience managing application development and software delivery projects.

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Advanced to fluent English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project or similar platforms.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience with enterprise application implementations, integrations, and modernization initiatives.

• Experience leading cloud transformation or digital transformation programs.

• Experience working with customer-facing or business-critical platforms.
