We’re seeking a Commercial Activation Specialist – France to join our vibrant Commercial Activations team at Costa’s Paris office in La Défense. This role blends campaign implementation with strategic coordination across marketing and sales touchpoints.

How you’ll live your ambition:

As a Commercial Activation Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our French market strategy, driving the execution of our Commercial Activation Plan and supporting process improvements across marketing and sales.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered with precision and impact.

Demonstrate your passion

• You will shape our commercial success by coordinating the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns for France, aligning them with business priorities and resource planning.
• You will ensure smooth execution by managing external vendors, facilitating team collaboration, and translating business needs into actionable plans using data and enterprise goals.

• You will elevate our brand presence by adapting and validating French-language content across all B2B and B2C touchpoints, including website, social media, email, and SMS.

Get things right

• You will support your manager in planning and updating weekly campaign calendars and contribute to the international coordination of marketing and sales teams.
• You will manage and update campaign content, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with shared guidelines.

• You will collaborate with key stakeholders including Brand, Media & Social Media, CRM, e-Commerce, and Local Trade Marketing to deliver cohesive and effective activations.

What makes you unique:

• You will leverage your degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field to drive impactful commercial strategies.
• You bring 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar field, ideally within a global company.
• You communicate fluently in French (native) and English (C1 level), with Italian as a plus.
• You are proficient in Office 365 tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• You bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• You have a structured, results-oriented approach, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and KPIs is a valuable asset.
