Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for MAST Training and Asset Data Lead. Only candidates located in Metro Manila, Philippines to apply.   

Job Summary:

The Training and Asset Data Coordinator provides cross-functional support to both the Training and Asset Management teams across the MAST fleet. The role is responsible for leading the delivery of remote training activities, leading continuous learning forums, undertaking documentation reviews and driving the development of new learning content. In addition, the role extracts, validates, and owns the analyses of asset-related information from technical manuals, systems, and related documentation to support fleet-wide asset management initiatives.


The successful candidate will contribute to improving data quality, supporting verification and analysis activities, maintaining accurate records, and developing structured information that drives maintenance improvement and function hierarchy development across the MAST fleet. The role requires flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.        

Essential functions:

  •  Lead the planning and continuous improvement of remote training delivery, establishing standards and recommending enhancements to improve learning effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for asset data governance, ensuring data integrity while developing standards, controls, and improvement initiatives that support fleet-wide asset management strategies. 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Asset Management, Operations, and Learning stakeholders to define priorities, resolve complex issues, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, support governance requirements, and contribute to process improvements across both functional areas.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in administration, business support, training, information management, engineering support, or related discipline desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience working with documentation, data extraction, information management, or administrative support activities.
  • Experience in delivering training across user groups 
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and working with structured information.
  • Experience supporting meetings, forums, training coordination, or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Experience working across multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation management.
