We’re looking for an experienced Treasury Analyst to fill this hybrid role which can be based in Miami or Seattle. In this critical role you’ll be responsible for overseeing Treasury functions for Holland America Line and Seabourn. This includes processing of Shipboard cash order requests, managing Letters of Credit, assisting in preparing cash forecasting, preparing wire packets and other assigned duties. You’ll work closely with Fleet Finance Managers onboard our ships, the Treasury team, and the Corporate Accounting team to ensure the timely processing of cash order requests, maintaining records and recording banking transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills and understand the importance of handling personal identifiable information (PII) as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications and digital banking platforms i.e. JPM Access, BofA CashPro and HSBCNet.

Responsibilities
- Timely processing of cash order requests from ships to ensure vessels have sufficient cash onboard to support required operations.
- Preparation of Treasury wire payments in bank online portals for multiple currencies and countries.
- Collating applicable supporting documentation for wire approval.
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing cashflow forecasts to assist with liquidity management decisions
- Tracking and maintaining Letters of Credit including monitoring of expiration dates, coordinating renewals, maintaining documentation.
- Completing Treasury month end close activities, including bank statement download, cash balance reporting, and supporting accounting teams with wire journal entries.
- Coordinating bank account administration, including opening and closing accounts, signer updates, and compliance reporting
- Maintaining Letters of Credit including reviewing drafts for policy compliance, monitoring expiration dates and managing renewals.
- Managing banking service requests including direct debit authorizations, account verifications, bank reference letters.
- Assisting with preparation and review of bank signatory reports for finance management and FBAR reporting.
- Supporting physical cash deliveries to ships for the Holland America and Seabourn fleets.
- Communicating and coordinating effectively with all levels of partners in the process.
- Coordinate obtaining wet-ink signatures of executives on applicable documentation and mailing to banks.
- Completing ad-hoc treasury project tasks as assigned by team leadership.
- Performing other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years professional experience in Finance or Accounting industry with at least 1 year in a Corporate Treasury function at a midsize or large Corporation.
- Wire creation and reporting in online banking portals (BofA CashPro, JPMC Access, HSBCNet, ANZ Transactive).
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are preferred.
- Experience in cash management and strong communication (written, verbal and telephone) skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good accounting knowledge.
- Preferred working with teams based in different regions and countries.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL or Seattle, WA. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).

- Base Salary Range: $57,900.00-$78,100.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
