This role is accountable for leading all planning, forecasting, and performance management activities across the Global Gaming portfolio, including revenue forecasting, expense optimization and management, capital planning; as well as driving the enhancement of GG financial operating models.The Senior Manager will oversee the continued evolution of Global Gaming's financial planning processes, operating models, and reporting capabilities to enhance forecasting accuracy, improve business insights, and strengthen decision support. This individual will lead monthly business performance reviews, deliver actionable financial analyses, and identify opportunities to optimize results, improve efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives. Through the enhancement of management reporting and development of meaningful financial frameworks and performance metrics, the role will help drive continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.
A critical component of this position is building, developing, and leading a high-performing FP&A team. The Senior Manager will provide coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction to direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Success in this role requires the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels, translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations, and position FP&A as a proactive, value-creating advisor that enables Global Gaming's long-term growth and strategic objectives..
Essential Functions:
Lead the annual planning, forecasting, and financial performance management processes for Global Gaming across all brands. Serve as the primary FP&A partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Partner with cross-brand business leaders to develop forecasts, assess opportunities and risks, and align financial plans with business objectives. Oversee financial models, reporting, and executive presentations, ensuring clear communication of results and key performance drivers. Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, forecasting tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and business decision support.
Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to direct reports. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and talent development that enables the team to deliver high-quality insights and business value.

Proactively develop new schedules to digest specific areas of focus that sparks leadership interest and drives actions.
Own the monthly performance review process for the Global Gaming business, analyzing financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, risks, and opportunities across all brands. Provide insights and recommendations to Directors and senior leadership to support decision-making, optimize performance, and drive growth. Enhance executive reporting and analytics by developing new reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that increase visibility, focus leadership discussions, and drive cross-functional action and accountability. Proactively develop new schedules to digest specific areas of focus that sparks leadership interest and drives actions.
Own the end-to-end capital related process for Global Gaming. Partner with Operations and business leaders to develop executive level annual capital plans each annual cycle, evaluate all capital project ROI, and prioritize capital allocation to maximize business value and return on investment. Provide strategic guidance on capital spending decisions, oversee capital project governance and reporting, and ensure effective management of project approvals, capitalization, and asset lifecycle processes. Drive continuous improvement in capital planning, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making and long-term business growth.
Lead special projects and strategic initiatives that drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, automation, expense optimization, and business performance. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver financial insights, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Essential/Minimum qualifications:
BS/MA in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics - MBA is a plus
Essential experience required
7+ years of experience in a related position
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, experience with IBM Cognos (TM1), Oracle Financial Systems and Tableau required. Power Apps/BI, AI tools, SQL a plus.
CPA and/or GAAP knowledge is a plus
Travel: No or very little travel likely
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
