The Senior Specialist, Revenue Performance is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and activation of promotional and commercial initiatives across Princess Cruises. Acting as a central connector between Revenue Management, Revenue Performance, Marketing, Sales, Integrated Planning, and other commercial stakeholders, this role ensures promotional strategies are accurately translated into executable plans and delivered on time.
This individual owns the promotional intake process, facilitates cross-functional planning discussions, coordinates voyage and offer requirements, develops communication materials and launch documentation, and ensures promotional activities adhere to established offer rules and combinability guidelines. The Senior Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on promotional mechanics and commercial processes, providing guidance and influencing decisions across stakeholder groups.
The role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to lead meetings, drive alignment, and effectively influence partners at all levels of the organization. In addition, the Senior Specialist supports performance reporting and post-campaign analysis to help evaluate promotional effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Lead promotional intake processes from request through execution, ensuring complete requirements, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
Facilitate intake meetings and cross-functional planning discussions, driving decisions, documenting actions, and ensuring accountability.
Serve as a subject matter expert on promotional offer mechanics, combinability rules, and commercial execution requirements.
Coordinate voyage lists, promotional inclusions, and offer details across Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams.
Draft and distribute promotional communications, including offer memos, launch materials, and stakeholder updates.
Act as the central point of coordination across Revenue Performance, Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, and Integrated Planning teams.
Monitor project timelines and ensure key milestones, approvals, and deliverables are completed according to schedule.
Lead conversations with stakeholders, providing recommendations and guidance while influencing outcomes through strong commercial knowledge and business acumen.
Prepare recurring reports and performance summaries for promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives.
Analyze promotional results and identify insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for future activations.
Continuously improve promotional processes, documentation, and cross-functional coordination practices.
Knowledge & Skills:
Scope: This is the quarterback role for Princess commercial promotions, responsible for turning approved strategies into executable campaigns through coordination, communication, expertise, and operational leadership. The successful candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, and confident, leading discussions with a wide range of stakeholders. They are equally comfortable managing details, facilitating meetings, solving problems, and communicating complex promotional requirements in a clear and persuasive manner. They build credibility through expertise, collaboration, and a deep understanding of Princess promotional strategy and execution.

Impact: Direct influence on revenue outcomes and strategic commercial decisions.
Leadership: Leads cross-functional project groups; provides mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.

Essential/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Essential experience required:
3+ years in revenue management, commercial analytics or product management.
Experience in a large, matrixed organization.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Performance, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales Support, or related functions.
Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, offer execution, and commercial planning processes.
Strong written communication and presentation skills.
Analytical and reporting capabilities.
Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams.

**This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Princess location in Miami, FL Monday through Thursdays and work from home on Fridays.
