We are looking for an amazing Senior Manager, Decision Intelligence to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Senior Manager, Decision Intelligence is a key member of the Strategy & Analytics team, responsible for turning data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for company leaders. This role develops and tracks key metrics, supports executive reporting, and collaborates across departments to guide business strategy and drive organizational success. Working closely with data science and technical analytics teams, the Manager designs analyses, interprets results, and presents recommendations that empower executive decision-making.

Responsibilities
Analyze internal and external data—including market trends, guest behavior, and operational results—to generate meaningful insights that guide growth-oriented decision making.
Synthesize complex information from diverse sources (e.g., sales data, consumer panels, category deep dives, marketing mix models, macro-economic indicators) into clear recommendations for leadership.
Design and conduct financial and operational analyses to understand performance drivers and identify root causes of changes in business trends.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, visual reports, and scorecards to communicate insights to executives and cross-functional teams.
Support strategic deliverables, including Board materials and quarterly business reviews, by providing timely and accurate analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business strategy and objectives.
Track and report on KPIs to measure progress, highlight trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of KPI reporting, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
Continuously improve KPI frameworks and reporting tools to enhance clarity, accountability, and impact across the organization.
Continuously improve analytical processes, reporting tools, and BI infrastructure to enhance clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
Drive adoption of analytics tools and platforms, including automation and AI, to enable data-driven decision making and forecasting.
Contribute to documentation, testing, and tooling efforts aimed at improving data quality and empowering data consumers across the organization.
Work closely with data science, technical analytics, and business teams to ensure analytics efforts are aligned with strategic goals and avoid redundancy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and create actionable reporting solutions that drive business outcomes.
Facilitate training and enablement to empower business users, while maintaining control over analytics assets and data quality.
Mentor and support direct reports, encouraging professional growth and accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, or an alternative analytical field, preferably in hospitality, cruise, or travel industries.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant financial impact.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning data and insights into actionable plans.
Advanced project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and reports for senior audiences.
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, compelling manner.
Proficiency in building relationships and working effectively across teams and organizational levels.
Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or consumer experience industries is preferred.
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
